The Rochester is a bespoke quality made summerhouse, designed to be positioned in a corner, to make the most of space available in your garden. Boasting large Georgian windows in each of its three front panels -  allowing plenty of light in. The pitched roof design creates an area of overhang at the front, giving the building a great focal point. 

The Rochester is constructed with 3x2 CLS framing and cladded with 125 x 12mm (16mm nominal) T&G shiplap.

With a heavy duty 18mm OSB floor, suitable for holding tables or chairs for you to make use of the building. Double doors and windows are mortise and tenon joints, with a mortice lock and key. All glass is horticultural grade. 11mm OSB roof with premium felt and finial top.
