Quotes, Bookings and Payments
All quotes are estimates based on information available at the time. Unless stated otherwise, quotes are valid for 90 days. Final pricing may change if scope, site conditions, access, or materials change. Any deposit requirements and staged payments will be confirmed in writing before work begins and are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy. Late payments may attract reasonable costs of recovery.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellations and refunds are handled under our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Materials and Warranties
We install materials sourced from trusted suppliers. Many products, such as composite decking or artificial grass, carry manufacturer warranties for defects. We are not the manufacturer and do not provide separate product warranties, but we will pass on available warranty information and assist with claims where appropriate. Our workmanship is warranted as stated in your job confirmation or invoice.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate information, safe access to the site, and notifying us of underground services or restrictions. You must obtain any necessary permissions (for example, planning or neighbour agreements) unless we have explicitly agreed in writing to handle them.
Changes and Variations
If you request changes after work has started, or if unexpected site conditions require changes, we will agree variations with you, including any cost or timeline impact, before proceeding.
