Privacy notice

Heritage South West Landscaping Ltd uses the personal information you provide to respond to quote requests, arrange site visits, prepare quotations and deliver agreed work.

Information we may receive

This may include your name, contact details, property address, postcode, photographs, measurements and information about the work you are considering.

How it is used

We use information where it is necessary to respond to your request, take steps toward a contract, perform agreed work, keep appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Campaign forms may also record the campaign source and submission time so Heritage can measure the enquiries that campaign produced. We do not sell personal information.

Services used to deliver quote requests

Website quote requests may be recorded in the website’s secure database and relayed to our business inbox by FormSubmit. If you contact us through email, telephone, WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram, that provider will process information under its own terms.

Analytics and advertising measurement

Google Tag Manager is used to manage Google advertising and analytics measurement. With your permission, Google may place analytics or advertising cookies so Heritage can understand which adverts, pages and contact routes lead to enquiries. We record successful quote requests and clicks on telephone, WhatsApp and email links; form details such as your message, address, phone number and email address are not placed in the analytics data layer. If you decline, advertising and analytics storage remain denied and the website continues to work.

Retention and your rights

We keep quote-request and project records only as long as reasonably needed for service, warranty, accounting or legal purposes. UK data-protection law may give you rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain uses of your information.
